Si pasa el tiempo dos, tres años, el momento perfecto se dará, para atreverse. 

Un poco deprisa no, mejor saboreando la espera. La larga espera.

The 15 butterflies symbolise the apprentices and the journey of transformation they go through when they take part in the Fifteen programme. They are in a swarm to show the bustling atmosphere of Fifteen. The butterflies are also made out of the menus from the restaurant to incorporate the new style of shared cuisine that is now being served at Fifteen.
